Return Conditions
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused/unwanted items. Customers may return items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging with all security seals intact.
To start a return go to your customer account here and request a return. We will review your request and check if your order is eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special order or customised orders cannot be returned. Please contact our dedicated Support Team if you have any queries regarding specific items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Accepting a request for an item to be exchanged will rely on our stock availability. This will be confirmed during the return review.
All items returned for an exchange will be completed within 10 working days of receipt, unless otherwise advised.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, non-broken warranty seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Returns
OEM Car Audio accepts returns online for a refund or an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please ensure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. This excludes items that were applied discount.

Warranty Seal
If an item is returned and arrives with the warranty seal(s) removed or broken, all warranty associated with the item is voided and the item will be returned to you without a refund.
The warranty seal(s) must be fully intact when any item is returned for you to be entitled to a replacement or a refund.
